Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit must be paid before the jumping castle is delivered and set up. The remaining 50% is due immediately after setup is complete, before use begins.
Refundable Retainer
A refundable retainer of R500 is required at the time of setup. If the jumping castle is returned undamaged at collection, the full R500 is refunded to the customer. If damage occurs during the rental period, the retainer will be used to cover repair or replacement costs. Costs exceeding R500 will be billed separately to the customer.
Weather
Jumping castles cannot safely be used in rain or strong wind. If weather makes the castle unsafe to use on your booked date, we will reschedule your booking to another date at no extra cost — you will not lose your deposit because of weather outside anyone's control.
Supervision & Liability
The hirer (customer) is solely responsible for supervising children while the jumping castle is in use, to prevent injury. Jump N Joy Rentals is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage occurring during use of the equipment. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is used safely and appropriately at all times.
Rental Period
All bookings are for a full day rental: 07:00 to 19:00. We will deliver and set up before 07:00, and collect after 19:00. Half-day bookings are not offered — each booking is for the full day at R800.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver and set up within our service area. If you're outside this area, message us on WhatsApp — we may still be able to help depending on the location.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your date for reasons other than weather, please let us know on WhatsApp as early as possible. Deposit refunds for non-weather cancellations are at our discretion, depending on how much notice we're given.
Your Information
This website does not store any personal information. Your name, event date, and delivery suburb are only used to build the WhatsApp message sent to us, and are not saved anywhere by this website once you close or refresh the page.
